Our Journey
Our story began in 2016, nestled within the operations of Baltimore Home Cleaning. As we served our house cleaning clients across Maryland, we identified a common pain point – the never-ending cycle of laundry. The time-consuming nature of this chore was causing strain on our clients’ already busy schedules.
At BHC, we’re no strangers to tackling home tasks, and we knew we could deliver a solution. From this understanding, Fluffold was born. We started with the goal of streamlining the laundry process for our BHC clients. Before we knew it, we were transforming the way people across Baltimore and beyond approach their laundry.
