How do I sign up for Fluffold's services?

Simply click here to create a free account with Fluffold and schedule your first pickup. It's an easy and straightforward process to get started with us.

Can you walk me through how Fluffold's service works?

Absolutely! After you sign up and set your preferences, you'll just schedule a pickup and leave your laundry for us. We pick it up, process it, and deliver it back to you fresh, clean, and neatly folded the next day. It's all designed for your maximum convenience.

How much does your laundry service cost?

Our pricing depends on your location. To find out how much our services cost in your neighborhood, sign up today.

How will I be billed for Fluffold's services?

Once you place your first order, you'll add a credit card to your account. We'll pre-authorize your card when you place your order and finalize the charge after we've processed your laundry.

Is there a delivery charge for Fluffold's services?

We don't charge for next-day delivery. However, there might be an additional fee for other turnaround times.

I missed my pickup day. Will I be charged a missed pickup fee?

There may be a missed pickup fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details. To help you remember, enable email and/or text notifications on your account to receive alerts about your upcoming pickups and deliveries.

Is there any contract or long-term commitment required to use Fluffold's services?

No, we do not require any contract or long-term commitment. However, some locations may offer those options.

Do I have to be present for pickup and delivery?

No, you do not have to be present for pickup or delivery. We've designed our service for maximum convenience.

Do you sell laundry bags?

Yes, we sell a variety of laundry bags. Visit our store to check out our selection.

Do I have to provide my own detergent?

No, we provide everything needed to complete your laundry. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate requests to use your own detergent or other laundry supplies.

What should I pack my laundry in for pickup?

For your first order, you can pack your laundry in a laundry bag or a plastic garbage bag. If you sign up for a subscription, you'll receive a free laundry bag for future orders. Please avoid using hampers, duffle bags, backpacks, suitcases, or other sturdy items. We only accept large, soft, sealable bags.

Do I have to pre-sort my laundry?

No, we'll carefully sort your laundry for you. However, if you want to pre-sort your laundry and have it processed that way, please note that on your order and we will try to accommodate your request.

What about the weather? Will my clothes get wet or damaged?

We always do our best to protect your laundry. In poor weather, we double-bag your laundry to ensure it's protected from the elements. However, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home. Please review our Terms for more details.

What is the turnaround time for Fluffold's services?

Our standard turnaround time is next business day. Other turnaround times may be offered when scheduling your service. Please note that orders over 75 lbs may take longer to process and deliver.

Where should I leave my laundry for pickup?

Please leave your laundry in a location accessible for your driver. Good options are your front porch, lobby, front yard, garage, or entryway. If the laundry is inside, make sure we have a code to access the area at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, and ensure the items are visible immediately upon opening the door.

Where will you drop off my laundry?

We will drop off your laundry at your designated drop-off location. You can select from a range of options or provide custom instructions. Please ensure that any access codes for locations behind a locked point (door, gate, lobby) are provided in advance. In case we can't deliver your order to your designated location, your driver will return your order to our facility and you may be charged a redelivery and reprocessing fee.

Can I add special instructions to my order?

Yes, you can add special instructions to your order either during the checkout process or in your account settings.

Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customers' clothes?

No, we wash and dry all orders separately. Your items will never be mixed with another customer’s belongings.

Who is doing my laundry?

Your laundry is processed by our W2 employees and subcontractors in our professional facilities. We don't process any laundry in private residences.

What happens if you lose or damage some of my belongings?

If we lose or damage an article, please notify customer service within 24 hours of the laundry being returned to you. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it is dropped off at your home. Please review our Terms for more details.

What days do you offer pickups and drop-offs?

Pickup and drop-off availability can vary by location. However, our services are generally available 7 days a week at most locations.

What detergents, softeners, dryer sheets, and bleaches do you offer?

We offer a range of products to suit various preferences and needs:

Detergents: Tide, Gain, Cheer, All Free & Clear, Seventh Generation

Softeners: Downy, White Vinegar

Dryer Sheets: Bounce

Bleaches: Clorox, Oxi-Clean

What if I have allergies?

If you're highly allergic to scents from laundry products, we can't guarantee your order will be returned as needed. We'll do our best to follow all specified preferences for your order. If you have questions regarding this, please contact us prior to scheduling a pickup.

Do you launder items that are soiled?

We reserve the right to refuse service for items soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals, or garbage. If we're unable to launder these items, they'll be returned unwashed. In the event that we can launder them, the laundry may be subject to an additional fee.

My business offers towels to our customers. Can we send just towels in?

Yes, you can certainly send in just towels.

 

I received the wrong order back. What should I do?

If you received the wrong order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we'll promptly address the issue.

Is there a maximum order size?

No, there's no maximum order size. However, please note that orders over 75 lbs may take longer to process and may not be returned the next business day.

Do you offer dry cleaning?

Not currently, but it's coming soon! Join the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as it's available.

Do you offer stain treatment?

Can you pickup and deliver to my workplace?

Yes, we can pick up and deliver to any residential or commercial address you have access to.
